I absolutely LOVE meeting and working with dogs and their humans!

My clients’ dogs run the gamut: small to large, puppy to senior, still-working-on-being-trained to obedience masters. I have a pretty big bag of tricks when it comes to getting cooperation from timid or otherwise challenging behaviors. Noisemakers, crazy dog lady antics, you name it. And the ace in my pocket is actually a treat bag that hangs on my belt! Don’t worry - if your dog is not food motivated, I promise we will still be able to get super photos that capture his/her true self.

My experience working at two local dog rescues with a wide variety of breeds and personalities has prepared me to photograph just about any situation with a dog. (Shelter dogs rarely know how to sit/stay or know any other commands, for that matter. And many don’t even trust humans.) This work was quite challenging, but personally rewarding; my images for the following rescue organizations allowed people to view available dogs in online galleries, which resulted in adoption into their forever families.

Another special place in my heart is Paws for Purple Hearts of Virginia. This organization trains service dogs for military veterans. I am proud to have supported their mission with my photographic talents.

“Tina is AMAZING! Our pups at Paws for Purple Hearts Virginia absolutely love her. Not only are her pictures absolutely adorable, but she is so fun to work with.”

“Tina is amazing! She came to our house and took her time with Walter (our dachshund mix). Tina captured Walter’s personality to a T, and we ended up using one of her photos for our Christmas card this year (our most complimented card EVER). If you want forever keepsakes of your 4 legged family member that you’re going to actually want to frame and hang up in your house, you’ll wish you found Dog Life Images sooner. 10/10 would recommend!”Crista K.

Random Facts About Me

  • My favorite foods are Mexican anything and espresso ice cream with dark chocolate chips - not necessarily in that order

  • I once went tandem in a hang glider at 1,000 feet above a lake (this was definitely the thrill of a lifetime!)

  • I love vintage cars and trucks - my first car was an antique 1958 Volvo

  • Flower gardening, cooking and baking, and red wine are my other passions besides photography

About You

I would love to have the opportunity to learn about you and your pup!

One thing I know already: your bond with your dog is priceless. It is probably your most coveted possession. The feelings between you and your dog are indescribable. Unfortunately, we usually outlive our dogs, but a printed photo will capture those feelings forever.

Please consider being in some of the photos with your beloved companion. You will be happy you did.
